The majority of Cloudflare's 44,500 IP addresses are now in Spamhaus' block list because they are allowing abusers to hide behind their reverse proxy. This means if you have a domain that uses Cloudflare's services, email sent from that domain will be blocked by any upstream provider that subscribes to the block list.
